**THE WORK**
**Learn by Doing in a Real World Aviation Shop**
As a Shop Technician Apprentice you will rotate through core shop activities under the direct mentorship of senior technicians and the Shop Manager. The program will start in late spring/early summer 2026, and your approximately three month experience will include:
**Component Disassembly & Reassembly** : Perform step by step teardown and rebuild of landing‑gear assemblies, wheels, hydraulic pumps, brakes, actuators, engine mounts, and valves.
