What does a successful Technical Consultant – Lead do at Fiserv?

Provide after-hours support (P1 & P2) for Fiserv clients based on the SIGNATURE (core banking system) application.

Maintain SIGNATURE, using information provided by client technicians and users, and strictly following the Fiserv development standard.

• Develop new application code, enhance existing programs, and resolve software defects in accordance with Fiserv development standards, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Execute system testing for both base code and custom modifications to validate functionality and ensure existing features remain intact in integrated environments.
