Responsibilities

We are hiring a Silo Supervisor to manage daily grain and malt silo operations. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and high‑quality handling of raw materials, supporting continuous production and delivery.

• Overseeing grain/malt intake
• Verifying blending accuracy
• Maintaining optimal silo levels
• Coordinating maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Leading and training a team
• Driving process improvements
• Maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• 2+ years in elevator or grain handling
• Strong food safety and quality control knowledge
• Leadership experience, ideally in a unionized setting
