Site Acquisition & Permitting Manager (Telecommunication)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end site acquisition, Right-of-Way (ROW), and permitting activities for telecom sites.
• Identify, assess, and negotiate commercial lease agreements with landowners and property owners.
• Review ownership and property documents and secure all requirements supporting lease contracts.
• Coordinate with LGUs and regulatory agencies to obtain permits and expedite approvals.
• Monitor ROW and permitting progress to ensure project timelines are met.
• Resolve site-related issues by coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute achievable project plans while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
• Conduct onsite visits as needed to support project delivery.
