Site Construction Manager

Your role as a Site Construction Manager

The Site Construction Manager will possess all skills & experience to plan and supervise a wide range of (general) contractors and personnel from start to finish. You will actively help the contractors organize and manage construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the overall work on site of the project and provide direction and guidance when needed
• Ensure compliance on site with safety, health, and quality standards
• Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, inspections, and governmental regulations are met
• Set performance goals and deadlines for the different contractors
• Plan, monitor and ensure proper timely execution of all construction operations, including intermediate phases to ensure accomplishment of project goals
