Role Description
- On-site construction activities and ensure project specifications are met.
- Quick decision-making on site issues
- Adapting to unexpected changes (weather, delays, supply issues)
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on project status and resource utilization.
- Assist in troubleshooting on-site issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Proficient in estimating projects using software's & other tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
