Role Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Engineer with strong setting-out and surveying capabilities to join a major civil engineering infrastructure project based in Chester.
This is a long-term opportunity working on complex heavy civils works involving tunnels, shafts, and associated infrastructure packages.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out setting out and surveying duties across site
* Support delivery of tunnelling and shaft construction works
* Ensure works are completed safely and to specification
* Maintain QA records and site documentation
* Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and management
* Assist with planning and coordination of engineering activities
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Engineer within heavy civils or infrastructure
* Strong setting out and surveying capability
* Experience on tunnels, shafts, or trenchless works preferred
* CSCS Card
* Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent<...
