Studio— Kochi, Kerala Reports to: Project Manager / Principal Architect Salary: ₹40,000/month Experience: 4–5 years Qualification: B.Tech Civil (or higher) Role Summary Site Engineer to support day-to-day execution across our residential, commercial, and fit-out projects — primarily site marking/setting-out and ensuring all work is carried out accurately as per approved drawings. Key Responsibilities • Carry out site marking and setting-out (layout, levels, grid lines, centre lines) based on architectural and structural drawings • Verify ongoing site work against drawings, specifications, and quality standards; flag and resolve deviations early • Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to keep execution on track • Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and translate them to site • Maintain daily progress records, site measurements, and basic reporting • Support quality checks, material verification, and adherence to sit...
