Site HSE Manager

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the Health, Safety & Environment function at our manufacturing site in Batang, Central Java, Indonesia. This role owns the site-level HSE governance, compliance, risk management, and cultural excellence—ensuring a safe, sustainable, and compliant operation aligned with global standards.

Responsibilities:

1. HSE Governance & Compliance

• Own & maintain the Indonesia HSE Management System; ensure ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3 compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Indonesian regulations (K3 Manpower, UKL–UPL/AMDAL, B3 waste, emissions, wastewater, permits).
• Lead regulatory inspections, audits, and CAPA closure.
• Manage all site permits & licenses: fire protection (APAR/hydrant), boiler/pressure vessels, lifting equipment, wastewater, emissions.
