Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a labourer for our ongoing residential project in Highworth.

• Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing Contract
• Pay Rate: £15.80 - £17.43 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to support a busy residential construction site in Highworth. This is a vital role ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and efficient to allow skilled trades to meet their deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance.
• Adhering strictly to site Health & Safety protocols and wearing full PPE at all times.
