Location: Bath
Salary: c£55,000 – £60,000 (paid monthly via Ltd Company or CIS)
Sector: Main Contractor – Refurbishment & High-End Residential

A well-established and growing main contractor operating across the Bristol and Bath area is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join their team on a long-term basis.
The business specialises in refurbishment and bespoke construction projects, ranging from high-quality residential builds through to complex refurbishment schemes. The company has built a strong reputation for quality and has secured a solid pipeline of work across the region.
This role offers something slightly different to the usual construction positions. It is a permanent position with long-term security and consistent work, but payments are made through your Ltd company (if you operate one) or via CIS if not...
