Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading main contractor on a prestigious £100m life sciences development on a 7 month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a flagship project involving the refurbishment and redevelopment of an existing 10-storey steel frame building, including a complex cut and carve package alongside CAT A, CAT B and shell & core works. The project includes a full CAT B fit out to Ground and First Floor levels, CAT A works to Levels 2–4 and shell & core delivery to the remaining floors.

Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving programme, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring construction activities progress efficiently across this technically challenging scheme.
