Role Description
Job Title: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Cardiff
Start Date: asap
Rate: £280.00 - £320.00 per day (depending on experience)The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for high-profile development in central Cardiff. The project is currently transitioning from external envelope completion to major internal fit-out.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on-site operations for both internal trades and external facade works.
Ensure all subcontractors adhere to the project programme and H&S standards.
Conduct site inductions, tool-box talks, and manage daily site diaries.
Monitor quality control for internal finishes and external structural integrity.Requirements:
Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black/GoldCard, and First Aid at Work.
Proven experience in mid-to-high rise residential or commercial developments.
Strong background in managing both internal fit-out and external envelope packages.
Must be available to start immediately.
