Site Manager (Project-based)

The Site Manager leads and oversees all onsite construction activities for the 50 MWac Magat Floating Solar Power Project from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing the scope of work, budget, resource allocation, and quality control to ensure the project is implemented according to plan while strictly adhering to safety regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Construction Supervision: Manage day-to-day site activities and supervise the EPC contractor to ensure work meets high standards and design regulations.
• Project Monitoring: Regularly review milestones against the projected timeline and implement strategic catch-up activities in the event of delays.
• Safety & Risk Management: Conduct regular site inspections, assess project site risks, and intervene immediately to resolve safety issues.
