 WHAT WILL YOU DO?    
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:  
Adhere to agreed SLAs  
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across customer applications  
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in production environments  
Ensure issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner  
Manage communication with customers to maintain strong relationships  
Use tools, training and experience to ensure high customer satisfaction  
Document issue resolution and application knowledge
