We’re working with multiple leading civil contractors delivering major bulk earthworks projects across Sydney. With strong pipelines ahead, we're seeking many experienced Civil Supervisors to join their teams and help drive project delivery on the ground. 

About the Role

As the Civil Supervisor, you’ll oversee site operations for key urban development, commercial and industrial projects — including bulk earthworks, deep excavation, demolition, detailed excavation, pavement construction, drainage, and associated works. You’ll be responsible for coordinating crews, managing subcontractors, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards and specifications.
