Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with small and medium size business and agriculture members, providing ongoing financial guidance and support.
• Manage an assigned portfolio through strong advice and utilization of available Credit Union products and services.
• Work closely in a collaborative team environment with all staff to meet members' financial needs (known and unknown).
• Provide and cross-sell high quality financial products and services through proactive contact with the intent of increasing member wallet share.
• Analyze loan applications for data integrity, potential fraud, and creditworthiness.
• Utilize digital solutions to create efficiencies, simplify members banking needs, and enhance the member experience.
• Must have the ability to travel to and cover regionally (up to 200 km) as required.
