The ideal candidate will have strong experience in document composition, template development, and integration with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates for customer communications (letters, emails, SMS, PDFs). Configure and implement data mapping, business rules, and document workflows within SmartCOMM. Collaborate with business stakeholders, BA/PO, and design teams to understand communication requirements.
