Role Responsibilities: Proactively monitor and investigate Windows, VMware, and HyperV environments. Identify issues, apply troubleshooting steps, and implement solutions. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 SMEs and support troubleshooting with third-party vendors. Maintain process compliance by tracking tickets, ensuring SLA adherence, and updating them regularly. Job Requirements: Any Graduate (Engineering / Science). Certifications in Windows Server Administration, VMware, or Virtualization Fundamentals. Expertise in antivirus management, system troubleshooting, and patching. Proficiency in clustering, kernel patching, and automation scripting.
