SMT Machine Operator

**Job Description:**

The _SMT Machine/Equipment Operator_ is primarily responsible for setting up and operating the machines, equipment and tooling involved in assembling printed circuit boards at the SMT level. They will be responsible for all aspects of set-up and operation of the Screen Printing, Pick and Place, Reflow, Automated Optical Inspection, Wash, and X-ray equipment. Duties will also include basic machine troubleshooting, board inspection, rework, inventory control, and process management. The _SMT Machine/Equipment Operator_ must be willing to cross-train and complete all other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, components, and assembly techniques.
+ Proven ability to set up and operate the Screen Printing, Pick and Place, Reflow, Automated Optical Inspection, Wash, and X-ray equipment.
