Your Job

As an Equipment & Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of our automated manufacturing equipment. You will coordinate maintenance technicians, lead problem-solving efforts on complex equipment issues, and actively participate in production floor meetings to drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will help optimize equipment uptime and support the delivery of high-quality products.

You will be part of the OSCO division at Molex El Salto, working closely with a dedicated team of maintenance technicians, automation specialists, and cross-functional partners including the Business Unit and customers.
