Role Description

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a SMT Process Engineer located in Jiading, Shanghai.
This position will be responsible for providing SMT-related technical support to R&D and SMT production to facilitate design for manufacturing in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Develop and implement cost effective, efficient production processes for the Introduction of New Product.
What a typical day looks like:
Be actively involved in new platform and maintenance product designing phase to providing SMT related technical proposal.
Early involved in new components designing and final verification.
Collaborate with R&D to provide constructive proposals on PCB layout and design issues from initial build through implementation, driving necessary changes and continuously improving quality and performance.
