• Manage daily posting on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor messages, comments, and customer inquiries
• Plan and schedule content calendars
• Track performance and engagement metrics
• Stay updated on trends and suggest new content ideas
• Collaborate with team for promotions and campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in social media management or content creation
• Basic skills in photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong writing and communication skills
