Social Media Content Specialist

• 负责用户社区的搭建与日常运营(社群/私域社区）；Manage and operate online user communities (fbt g groups/ private communities)
• 通过内容、话题和活动提升社区活跃度与用户参与；Increase community engagement through content, topics, and events
• 分层运营用户，维护核心用户与KOC；Segment users and manage core users and KOCs

任职要求/Requirements

• 1年以上社区/用户运营经验；1+year experience in community or user operations
• 良好的沟通能力与执行力；Strong communication and execution skills
• 有用户增长或转化意识；Understanding of user growth and conversion
• 有海外或英文社区经验优先；Overseas or English community experience is a plus
