What you will be responsible for:
-Technical assistance to both Italian and foreign customers on the use of the software;
- Interface with other company functions for the optimal handling of customer requests;
- Creation of example projects and guidance in solving customer problems;
- Training activities for customers; Supporting the team of internal developers.
Role Requirements:
- Master's degree and/or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering;
- Preferable experience in the role of at least 3 years in structured industrial companies with technical roles involving customer relations;
- Experience in the automation sector is welcome;
- Excellent knowledge of the C# programming language;
- Knowledge of the Visual Studio environment, Visual Studio Code;
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems;...
