Position Summary
The AI Salesforce Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting AI-powered solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role combines Salesforce platform engineering, AI/Agentic solution development, automation, and operational support to deliver intelligent customer and business experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, AI-enabled workflows, prompt engineering, automation frameworks, and production support.
