As a Software Development Manager , you will lead one of Petal’s empowered, multidisciplinary delivery teams, bringing together developers and technical leads to deliver high-quality software efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with product strategy.

Sitting at the intersection of people leadership, delivery execution, and cross-functional collaboration , you will create clarity, drive accountability, and translate strategy into actionable delivery plans. In close partnership with Product Management, Architecture, and your team, you will foster an execution culture grounded in Agile and Kanban principles, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes.
