Role Description

**Senior Software Engineer - AWS-Contract role-Germany**

For one of our key clients in Germany, RED is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to support the further development of a cloud-native consumer self-service platform.

The project focuses on the implementation and optimisation of modern AWS-based architectures, including backend services, frontend web forms, API integrations, and technical infrastructure using TypeScript and AWS CDK.

The project is initially for 6 months and remote with some occasional presence within Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop cloud-native applications on AWS

Build backend services using TypeScript

Develop frontend web applications and forms using React

Work with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CDK, CloudFormation, EventBridge, SNS and SQS
