+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Java), or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 3 years of experience in software design and development, in a complex, matrixed organization.
+ Experience in developing infrastructure/tools for test automation, defining metrics and building monitoring systems for product excellence.
+ Experience in mobile app or user experience.
+ Ability to manage projects on their own.
