Description:

This position is a hands-on engineering role, working closely with application developers, product management, QA, and other engineers in an Agile scrum team setting. The ideal candidate has a solid SOA background, excellent people skills, and a desire to make a difference.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. BS or MS degree in Computer Science
2. Proficiency with data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
3. 4-9 years building large volume services.
4. Strong command of Java (C++ experience okay).
5. Experience building Java endpoints in a service oriented restful style architecture.
6. Building and maintaining concurrent and distributed services.
7. Experience with Git, and Git Flow.
8. Understanding of data modeling and distributed database technologies including experience with MySQL.
