Software Engineer Team Leader - Go (Golang)

We're looking for a Team Leader to build a new engineering team and an innovative product from the ground up. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a startup-like environment, enjoys technical challenges, and is excited about shaping a product's architecture, tech stack, and development strategy.
You don't need prior experience with Go (Golang) - but you must be eager and committed to learning it. Experience with Go is a strong advantage, but not a barrier for the right candidate with strong experience and a learning mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Architecture Development
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of a new product using Go.
- Advocate for best practices in performance optimization, system reliability, and security.
- Establish coding standards and development methodologies.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects and stakeholders on roadmap and features.
