Role Description
**Description:**
You will be the Software Engineering - Associate Manager Flight Controls for the Flight Controls team which is responsible for the design, integration, and sustainment of flight‑control systems.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Software Engineering - Associate Manager Flight Controls you will be responsible for leading workforce and personnel management for F‑22/F‑16 flight‑controls programs. You will partner with IFG, Aeronautics, and external stakeholders to drive technology road‑maps and deliver accurate cost estimates.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Manage re‑assignments, recruitment, selections, terminations, and career development for program staff.
+ Collaborate with IFG, Aeronautics, Business Units, and industry partners to align technical and business objectives.
+ Support technology‑roadmap pursuit, coordinate TSOW inputs, and develop Basis of Estimate (BOE) aligned with government and Lockheed standards.
+ Input BOEs into APTS...
