Role Description

PRTR is partnering with a fast-moving international Fintech that needs a Software Engineering Director (C# .Net / Azure) to oversee the Development Department.
Responsibilities
Leading the Development Team of 10+ people.
Coordinating with different business units to understand the business needs and then create high-level strategies to drive effective business change.
Providing full governance & control over projects within the business.
Managing multiple projects at the same time whilst effectively delegating tasks to the team.
Qualifications
Strong leadership experience & interpersonal and communication skills with the end user in mind.
Strong experience in managing IT transformation projects.
Over 5 years of experience in managing multi-functional IT teams.
5+ years experience with.NetCore Development.
Front-end experience with Angular 2+.
Experience with Microsoft Azure.
