Summary

• The Software Engineering Lead in this position is responsible for establishing and building processes, and practices, and strengthening the skills of our team members. This will have a regular collaboration with department heads to ensure that the Company goals, projects and objectives are achieved.

Our client is a leading ride-hailing and delivery services provider in the country. Their operation is 24/7 and they cater to the needs of commuters in Metro Manila, parts of Central Luzon & South Luzon and in Cebu.

As Software Engineering Lead s/he will guide and lead the team to understand and deliver on business and its objectives. Will recruit, train, and hone engineering talents.
