Role

This is the top engineering role in the company. You will work directly with the Founder and take ownership of software architecture, engineering quality, delivery execution and platform reliability.

You will play a key role in shaping how products are built, how engineering decisions are made, and how ideas are translated into execution. This role is about owning outcomes, not simply delivering assigned tasks.

Expected focus:

• Approximately 70% hands-on software engineering

• Approximately 30% leadership, planning and coordination
