Software Implementation Specialist

Pay: CA$45,000.00 - CA$65,000.00 per year

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, in office.

Schedule: 8:00 – 17:00 with one‑hour unpaid lunch.

Location: 1297 Airport Rd., North Bay, ON; must live in North Bay, ON; reliable transportation required.

Company: FDM4 – Software Developer and Solution Provider for apparel and consumer product industries.

Responsibilities

• Initiate implementation.
• Assess client needs.
• Demonstrate software and train users.
• Install client system.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
• Experience in customer support or a related field.
• Ability to present concepts confidently.
• Strong problem‑solving aptitude.
• Proficiency with software programs or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Experience in accounting.
