Software Integration/Test Engineer Asc Manager

**Description:** As a Software Engineer Asc Manager for Assembly Test Launch Operations (ATLO) Test Labs and Services, you will lead a team of cross disciplinary Software/Hardware Integration Engineers to provide dedicated support for lab test needs including bench top, short term, and long-term testing in service of multiple programs across LM Space. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
• Collaborating with ATLO leadership to drive test execution and deliver commitments within cost and schedule
• Determining priorities for team’s efforts based on changing requirements, budgets, and schedules across many projects.
• Be responsible for leading and developing the team to fulfil test lab software needs, to develop and grow critical skills, and manage performance through Full Spectrum Leadership
