**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software ProductEngineering Manager to lead the Digital Architecture Team (DAT) in delivering cutting-edge software solutions that modernize BAE Systems' digital infrastructure. This role is pivotal to driving our adoption of Lean and Agile principles and practices, including those found in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader responsible for guiding a team of technical managers and engineers through all phases of agile delivery, overseeing the development of cost-effective, scalable solutions utilizing modular software architecture, and ensuring close alignment with BAE Systems' strategic objectives within the constraints of government and contract requirements.
