Job Description

The Software Product Manager engages with business partners in Operations & supporting groups to proactively identify opportunities, gather requirements, evaluate business cases, prioritize backlogs, and manage delivery using agile methodologies. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, driving the development of innovative software solutions that directly impact operations and customer experience. The incumbent is a subject‑matter expert of operations, processes, data mapping, workflows, and applications.
