Role and Responsibility
> Software projects management – ensure proper quality, feature, and time constraints of the projects are met
> Represent the company along with account executive
> Provide insight and advice in solving software project problems; negotiate with clients to complete the projects; propose compromise as needed
> Manage client meetings to provide project updates, timeline, and budget reports; ensure sign-off on everything with written records in the meeting
Identify new requirements; package and propose as incremental work
> Resolve complex issues with technical, communication, and political difficulties within the team and between the company and the client; request assistance from technical team and/or executives as needed
> Collaborate with business development team to provide insights into clients’ needs and behavior; assist sales meeting as necessary
