SOFTWARE TESTING ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities
Develop, prepare, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business and technical requirements.
Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing for software applications.
Leverage in-house GenAI tools for test case generation, enrichment, and testing efficiency improvements.
Identify, document, track, and retest software defects and issues until closure.
Ensure all test executions and deliverables are completed within project timelines.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans aligned with project requirements and customer expectations.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project teams to validate fixes and implement improvements.
Report testing progress, results, and defects clearly to stakeholders and management.
Provide recommendations to improve software quality, testing processes, and operational efficiency.
