Description Key Responsibilities: Work as a Technical/Solution Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements. Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs. Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud, Loyalty Management and Intelligence Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, custom scripts (e.g., AMPscript, SSJS), and tools like MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions ( Optional for Solution Architect ) Stakeholder Management : Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
