Solution Designer - Ivalua

About the Role

As a Solution Designer (Ivalua), you will support Ivalua applications integrated with SAP ERP and implement customizations to meet evolving business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Ivalua applications, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues related to S2C, SIM/SRM, and P2P modules.
• Troubleshoot and debug Ivalua application issues, especially around approval flows and configurations, identifying root causes and applying timely solutions.
• Analyze Ivalua logs, error messages, and system behaviour to pinpoint issues, providing resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Manage and maintain authorizations and user profiles within Ivalua, ensuring compliance with security and access‑control policies.
