Solution Lead Communicate & Collaborate

As Solution Lead Communicate & Collaborate, you take end-to-end ownership of a broad product domain within Telenet Business, focusing on Mobile (back-up), Fixed Voice, Cloud Collaboration and the Telenet Incentive Plan. You lead a team of around eight Product Managers and Business Developers, report directly to the Director Product & Journey (Cluster Lead), and operate within the Business Solution Tribe to deliver scalable solutions for the SME market.

The Solution Lead Communicate & Collaborate steers Telenet Business' pure operator/telco product engine for the SME segment with scalable needs. You own the product domain end-to-end across Mobile, Fixed Voice, VoiceCloud and TIP - combining product backlog, product P&L and people leadership of a mixed team. You are the critical hinge between customer needs, commercial strategy, technical realisation and operational execution within a high-volume, standardised, catalogue-based product surface.
