You'll provide hands-on technical leadership, collaborating with product owners, managers, ITS, business stakeholders, and vendors. While not a people manager, you'll lead by influence across teams, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

. Is a former Senior/Lead Architect or Principal Engineer
. Has broad system exposure + deep specialization in integration/cloud
. Is comfortable operating at both whiteboard strategy level and implementation detail level
