Marcus Thomas is a leading independent advertising and marketing agency that works across the Americas. We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team.

The Role

The Solutions Architect will lead technical solution design, consult with clients, and drive project delivery. The role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct design, discovery, and technical walkthroughs with assigned clients
• Develop and conduct custom training sessions for assigned clients where applicable
• Lead project delivery in close partnership with the Project Manager and Account Manager, ensuring execution aligns with scope, timelines, and client expectations
• Provide solution and strategy direction across the project lifecycle
• Prepare technical/functional documentation
