Solutions Engineer

The Solutions Engineer at Optimove plays a critical role in supporting the Sales team, primarily the Brazilian market, by answering technical questions, leading integration discussions, and providing deep product demonstrations. This position requires a technical background, strong communication and presentation skills, and a passion for solving complex problems within the MarTech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Provide product expert support to the new business sales team.
• Conduct technical calls as part of new business cycles.
• Master Optimove’s products and technologies and become the go-to resource for any technical questions that arise during new business cycles.
• Support the completion of RFPs.
• Present deep product demos to prospects.
• Understand clients’ technical and business needs.
