• Selecting wines for our menu and working with suppliers on sourcing new wines.
• Monitoring stock levels and providing wine tastings for customers.
• Training staff on wine knowledge and advising customers on food pairings.
• Ensuring our wine selection stays current with trends.

• Advanced knowledge of wines from around the world and understanding of food pairing.
• Ability to explain complex wine information clearly to customers.
• Friendly, personable, with excellent communication skills.
