Sourcing Specialist

Foremost has an immediate opening for a full-time Sourcing Specialist based in Calgary, Alberta. This role owns and executes sourcing initiatives to ensure continuity of supply and competitive total cost across assigned commodities and services. The initial mandate for this opportunity includessourcing critical parts including raw material and components to reduce tariff exposure.In addition, supportingstrategic sourcing for high risk and single-sourced parts.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Development

• Develop category sourcing strategies.
• Source products and services from targeted markets; build a pipeline of qualified alternates and drive dual-sourcing where feasible.
• Lead RFQs/RFPs, cost comparisons, negotiations (pricing, lead times, and terms), and supplier onboarding.
• Build sourcing recommendations that balance total landed cost, availability, quality, service levels, and delivery risk.
