We are getting ready to open an incredible new dining experience in Kildare Village, and we're searching for a talented, motivated Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen from the very beginning.

What You'll Do

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Lead the team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes
• Assist with menu development, specials & innovation
• Maintain top-tier hygiene, safety & HACCP standards
• Train, motivate, and develop junior chefs
• Manage ordering, stock control & prep efficiency
• Uphold a positive, collaborative kitchen culture
